Each course presented its own unique challenges, providing an exciting and competitive atmosphere that had golfers from all skill levels on the edge of their seats.

Weather: Chilly Start, but Sunshine to Finish

While the weather was a bit chilly to begin with, the rain held off, and as the days went on, the sun made a rare but welcome appearance. The bright, blue skies added to the excitement, creating a perfect golfing environment for both the players and the spectators. Despite the early chill, it was clear that the weather couldn’t dampen the spirits of the competitors, who remained focused and determined throughout the event.

Impressive Golf and Standout Moments

Throughout the three days, we were treated to some truly remarkable golf. From great drives to impressive putts, the competition was fierce, but it was also heartwarming to see young talent shining through. 14-year-old Blake Baarsshowed off his incredible potential by coming incredibly close to a hole-in-one on Day 2! A moment like that reminds us of the future of the game and the exciting things to come.

Another standout player was Deonne Pyatt, whose consistency off the tee earned her the Ladies’ Longest Drive title on two of the three days. Her impressive power and accuracy were a joy to watch, and her achievement is one that deserves all the recognition!

The Team Competition: A Close Call

The team competition was one of the most exciting aspects of the event. The top five teams were neck-and-neck across all rounds, making for a thrilling conclusion. After three days of intense play, it was Jamie Kendrick and Jamie Wardwho emerged victorious, finishing with an impressive 126 points to take home the win. It was a fantastic performance from the winning pair, and their dedication paid off with the top spot on the leaderboard.
