Mizuno Golf Pairs – Betterball Stableford, Chart Hills – 3rd September 2025

Nestled in the heart of the Garden of England, Chart Hills proudly holds the distinction of being the first Signature Sir Nick Faldo-designed golf course in Europe. Spanning 200 acres of oak woodland and picturesque lakes, the championship layout is as beautiful as it is challenging. Originally featuring 138 bunkers—including the infamous “Anaconda”—a 2017 renovation reduced this to 98, creating a more playable yet still testing course. And for those who love a little intrigue, there’s a famous plaque right in the middle of the 1st fairway… perhaps something to discover on our next event.

The weather today did not make life easy. Strong winds gusting over 35mph combined with periods of rain, though a few sunny spells broke through to provide brief respites for golfers later in the afternoon.
