Sheffield 3 Day - 8,9 & 10 April 2024
Lindrick Golf Club steeped in Ryder Cup history from 1957, greeted our golfers with a warm and gracious welcome, setting the tone for a memorable day. Despite the excessive winter rain, the course held up admirably, showcasing its resilience and providing a great playing experience for all.
Dave, our starter for the day, delivered a professional and inspiring announcement at the first tee, reminiscent of Ryder Cup standards. It was a fitting start to an exceptional day of golf.
Despite a full field, the pace of play remained steady, allowing everyone to fully enjoy their rounds. Following the competition, an outstanding hot buffet awaited those who opted for it, accompanied by irresistible desserts.
Congratulations to all the players for their participation and to Lindrick Golf Club for hosting such a wonderful event.

Unfortunately, Tuesday's plans were thwarted by rain, preventing Hallamshire from hosting us. Nonetheless, we appreciate their support and understand the disappointment felt by many golfers.
Wednesday brought a change in fortune as a beautiful sunrise illuminated Worksop Golf Club, known for its sand-based course. With only six days of closure over winter, the course impressed every golfer with its impeccable condition. Special thanks to the staff for ensuring a memorable day for all.
