Oulton Hall Singles 2025

Set against the stunning backdrop of Oulton Hall’s rolling fairways and Georgian elegance, our latest golf event was one for the books. With perfect weather, great camaraderie, and some exceptional performances on the course, it was a day that captured everything we love about the game.

A Touch of History: Oulton Hall Golf Course

Nestled in the heart of Yorkshire, Oulton Hall’s golf course is a true gem. Originally designed by renowned architect Dave Thomas, the parkland layout offers both challenge and charm in equal measure. Its 27-hole configuration—including the Calverley and Hall courses—is framed by mature trees, strategic water hazards, and sweeping views that make every round unforgettable.

One of the course’s most talked-about features is the 6th hole—our feature hole for the day. This par-3 demands accuracy and nerve, with water coming into play and a well-bunkered green that keeps even the most experienced golfers honest. It’s no surprise it became a crowd favourite and a conversation piece in the clubhouse afterward. Stephen Lennox and Colin Straker both birdied this hole to win a 2's voucher, Ben Hervey Birdien the 2nd and Phillip Stock the 14th to earn a £50 2's voucher.
