Day 1 - Cape Cornwall
The  single track road leads you down to this club that is on the expansion with its rooms, pool and course. The course has been modified this year since 2024 but still offers lots of challenges to our 169 golfers. Weather conditions were excellent today and you could not ask for a better setting overlooking The Cape on the new 19th patio enjoying the scenes of the course and sea in unison.
Cape Cornwall’s 18-hole layout, designed by Bob Hamilton, makes the most of its dramatic cliff‐top setting to deliver both scenic beauty and strategic challenge.  The fairways are often framed by Cornish hedges and dry stone walls, some of which even cross fairways, forcing careful shot selection.
A first of a hole in one today - Paul Bradbury on the 15th - unlucky for him it wasn't on the Charity Hole, but congratulations on it being his first - A mizuno golf bag is on its way to you!

Mullion Golf Club is situated on the cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula and is framed by sandy coves and protected by reed beds. It is not only the most southerly course in England, but one of the most beautiful courses in the West Country. Conditions today were very similar to 2024 and not very kind to our golfers who had to battle the elements. Let's hope the sun comes out and the wind dies for 2026 event at the club.

Day 3 -  Perranporth
Mizzle welcomed us today but the winds were a lot kinder today. A nice interview with the Pro Shop staff confirmed the course holds a lot of blind spots and with the course being a James Braid design then a real test for the golfers today. The wind/rain were set in for most of the day really challenging the golfers but a lovely welcome and great food back at the clubhouse helped them recover. The course offers wonderful views over the coast and town of Perranporth itself.

 Day 4 - Trevose
Trevose Golf Club has been privately owned and run by the Gammon family for several generations. The family's involvement began in 1941 when John C. Gammon co-purchased the club, becoming sole owner by 1955. His son, Peter Gammon, managed the club for over 40 years, and his grandson, Nick Gammon, took over in 2002, ensuring the club's continued success. From the Clubhouse and 1st tee which are both elevated for the rest of the course, amazing views down onto the coastline which today the waves were crashing but the sun was out. Today was a big mixture of weather and golfers were having to battle a max of 41mph winds & even a hail storm!
