Cardrona Scramble 2025

Designed in 2001 by world- renowned architect Dave Thomas the 6856 yard par 72 championship course lies among the beautiful borders hills and is skirted by the River Tweed.

A damp and overcast morning gave way to glorious sunshine for the later starters. Just a gentle breeze making a tough test of golf a little easier today.

Last year’s champions, Ian Ferguson, David Stewart, Adrian Cooper and John Orr returned this year to defend their title but couldn’t quite repeat last year’s heroics, finishing 15thoverall.

Shot of the day undoubtedly Boston Dixon’s brilliant 158 yard second shot at the 15th. Finding the bottom of the cup for eagle at the 387 yard par 4.
