Golf Day at Dunston Hall – A True Test Among the Trees

On a beautifully crisp and clear morning, golfers gathered at the stunning Dunston Hall Golf Club for a competitive and memorable golf day. Nestled in the heart of Norfolk, the course offered not just scenic beauty but a genuine challenge — thanks to its tight, tree-lined fairways and tee boxes that demanded both precision and patience from every player. It wasn’t a course where you could simply grip it and rip it — every shot had to be thought through, making for an exciting test of skill across the board.

A Challenging Course, A Competitive Field

The layout at Dunston Hall is famed for rewarding accuracy over power, with narrow corridors flanked by mature woodland that seemed to whisper "out of bounds" to every off-line drive. The tee boxes, tucked between trees, often gave just a sliver of a fairway view, adding a psychological edge to each swing. The greens, true and quick, only added to the test.

Yet despite the difficulty, the day saw some impressive scoring and plenty of friendly rivalry.
