Bamburgh - Tuesday 26th July

The historic venue of Bamburgh castle golf club was todays venue in the beautiful north east of England.
The weather was breezy as expected but the sun was out! The views off the 1st tee were some of the best we have seen this season with the waves crashing in to the huge beach next to the course.
Todays best dressed was won by the very colorful Andy Metcalfe. Blue and green should never be seen is the saying but in this case it actually looked great.
Bamburgh is a short course but very challenging at a par 68 with a double par 3 start and 4 more on the other 16 making it tricky totalling 6 pars 3s.

A fantastic run of scoring from Dean and Paul got them a total of 47 points with plenty of 4 pointers to finish the round!
We head down the coast to another castle course, Dunstanburgh.
