Alwoodley - Friday 29th July

Today we was in Yorkshire at the fabulous Alwoodley Golf club.
Alwoodley is regarded as one of Britain’s finest inland courses. It was designed by the great Dr Alister MacKenzie. This famed architect left a legacy of classic courses around the world – among them Augusta National.
With a miserable morning, the rain finally stopped at midday, and it turned out to be quite a pleasant day!
The long rough/ heather proved no match for our winners on a count back ……. And ………… Congratulations to the other prize winners and best dressed for the day was Jim Livingston
