Farleigh singles - Tuesday 2nd August

Today we were at Farleigh Golf Club, The Club opened in 1997 and boasts 27
Championship-standard holes designed by Ryder Cup legend John Jacobs - our test was on the Orange Course made from the red front 9 and Yellow back 9.

Farleigh’s 350-acre venue is set in a tranquil and natural environment with deer,
pheasants and assorted wildlife sharing the surroundings with views all over the estate where you can see all three 9’s.
With several eye-catching elevated tee boxes and a fantastic mix of risk and reward holes, but today's toughest test was the fast tricky greens, notably the 7th on the red course which made the 167 yard par 3 a real challenge - I also won't mention who 5 putted the 18th but you know who you are….!
Inspired by the lioness’ success at Euros the best score of the day came from
Alexandra Culasurdo with a stunning 41 points - what a week for women in sport!
Our best dressed individual today was Henry Martin - who was sporting a Flamingo shirt and still managed to crack a huge smile after racing his putt past the pin on the steep 7th green!
Thank You to everyone who played and we will see you at the next one!
