Itinerary

We recommend you arrive in Thailand on Saturday 12th September. From those travelling from afar such as Europe, this typically will mean taking a flight on Friday 11th September.

You would be best to arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport - let us know your flight details and we will arrange to collect you from the airport ready for a 3 hour transfer to the hotel.

Check-in time is typically 2pm but if you arrive earlier, you can relax at the hotel, grab a bite to eat and wait for your room to become available.

12th Sep Welcome Reception in Hua Hin from 18:30

13th Sep Singles Competition at Black Mountain and Players Lounge at the Locker Room Bar from 18:30

14th Sep Texas Scramble at Springfield and Players Lounge from 18:30

15th Sep - REST DAY and Players Lounge from 18:30

16th Sep Singles Competition at Majestic or Lake View and Players Lounge from 18:30

17th Sep Ryder Cup Style Competition at Palm Hills and Players Lounge from 18:30

19th September - Taxi to the Airport - Don’t forget the airport is a 3 hour shuttle away from the hotel, and you’ll want to be there at least 2 hours before your flight, so we would recommend a car booking 5 hours minimum before your flight time.

If anyone would like to stay an additional night or arrive a night early, we can make those arrangements please just let us know.
