Scenic Views & Strategic Golf – A 3-Day North Wales Challenge
Three very different courses, stunning scenery, and a fantastic mix of parkland and links-style golf — our North Wales 3-Day event delivered a memorable experience from start to finish.
With each venue offering its own unique test, players had to adapt quickly, balancing power, precision, and course management across three days of competitive golf.
Day 1 – Abergele Golf Club
The event began at Abergele Golf Club, set within the beautiful grounds of Gwrych Castle and offering some of the most scenic views in Wales.
This tree-lined parkland layout tested players with strategic bunkering and long par 4s and 5s, including the demanding 580-yard 8th hole, which required both distance and accuracy. The strong finishing hole, a reachable par 5 near the clubhouse, provided plenty of drama late in the round.
