Sheringham Autumn 2025 Golf Day – A Coastal Classic
Perched dramatically along the cliffs of the North Norfolk coast, Sheringham Golf Club has long been regarded as one of England’s most picturesque and challenging seaside courses. Founded in 1891, the club carries with it more than a century of golfing tradition, blending rich history with the raw beauty of the Norfolk coastline. Its course layout, designed in classic links fashion, meanders through rolling dunes, heather-lined fairways, and gorse-covered ridges — each hole offering sweeping sea views and a true test of shot-making.
A Perfect Autumn’s Day by the Sea
This year’s Sheringham Autumn 2025 Golf Day brought together a fantastic field of players to enjoy one of Norfolk’s most iconic golfing settings. A slight coastal breeze made club selection interesting, but overall the conditions were excellent — crisp autumn sunshine, firm fairways, and receptive greens ensuring that scoring opportunities were there for the taking.
